If your item was damaged during transit, then we're more than happy to make it right. Should your order arrive broken or damaged in any way, please email a picture immediately upon arrival include both the item and the packaging in the photo. We will replace your jewelry at no cost to you, please allow up to 7 days for a replacement to be made and shipped out.

No returns after 14 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn.
